FAMBEAUTY Terms & Conditions


1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on FAMBEAUTY will only be confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We immediately process the order to ensure fast delivery.

Payment completion will generate an order confirmation email.

Note: After confirmation, no changes or cancellations can be made as the order processing starts immediately.


2. Delivery Policy

The estimated delivery time for orders is between 4 to 7 business days.

A standard delivery charge of ₹60 applies. Customers are responsible for 50% of the delivery charge (₹30), and the remaining 50% will be borne by FAMBEAUTY. In case of unexpected delays due to strikes, weather issues, or courier delays, customers will be informed promptly.


3. Return & Refund Policy

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned by the customer unless it is defective or incorrect.

If the customer does not receive the product (RTO - Return to Origin), we will initiate a refund.

In the event of any problem (defective, incorrect, or dissatisfaction), customers can contact us via the Contact Us page. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Refunds: In cases where customers do not receive the order and request a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.


4. Pricing & Discounts

FAMBEAUTY reserves the right to modify product prices and discounts at any time without prior notice.

The price displayed at checkout will be the final price, and any subsequent price changes or discounts will not be applied to confirmed orders.


5. Customer Support for Any Issues

If customers face any type of issue, whether related to product quality, delivery, or other concerns, they can report it via the Contact Us page on our website.

We are committed to resolving customer concerns as quickly as possible.

Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours during business days.


6. Liability

FAMBEAUTY will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delays, or non-delivery.

FAMBEAUTY’s maximum liability will be limited to the price of the product.


7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

FAMBEAUTY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on the website.
